Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning

the two parking spaces shown on the approved plan shall be made
available for the occupiers and shall thereafter be retained as such.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
