is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of
the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the bathroom window in the side elevation of the extension hereby
permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to first occupation of
the premises and shall thereafter be retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That no additional rooflights shall be inserted unless an application
in that behalf has first been submitted to and approved in writing by
the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not uneighbourly.
