That this permission shall enure only for the benefit of Mr & Mrs E Smith whilst in occupation of the site, and shall not enure for the benefit of the land. Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances. That no business use shall take place in the workshop except between the hours of 08.30 - 18.00 hours Monday to Friday and 0830 - 1300 hours on Saturdays with no business use on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That no other part of the property than the workshop hereby approved be used in connection with the picture framing business unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof. Reason: To protect local amenities.
