That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the ground floor walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That a sample of materials to be used for the external walls at first floor level shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That prior to the commencement of development the turning provision shall be provided as shown on the deposited drawing no. 9114-P-7/A and shall be laid out and surfaced in materials to match the existing driveway and retained as such. Reason: In the interest of highway safety and convenience.
