Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 23rd October 1996
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the proposed extension would be contrary to the adopted Rural Areas Local Plan and approved South Oxfordshire Local Plan which seek to resist development that may harm the amenity of neighbouring properties (RALP G5 and SOLP H12). Having regard to its size, bulk and proximity to the adjacent property at Redcot, the dormer extension would represent an unacceptably overbearing and oppressive form of development detrimental to the residential amenities of the occupants of that adjacent property.
