That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the building shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application as glasshouse for the growing of plants in connection with and ancillary to the use of the adjoining land for agricultural purposes as defined in Section 336(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. Reason: Because the development is justifiable only on agricultural grounds. That the existing screen trees as shown on the submitted plan shall be retained, protected, maintained and are allowed to grow to a height of not less than three metres and that in the event of any of the trees dying or being seriously damaged or destroyed within 5 years of the completion of the development a new tree or equivalent number of trees as the case may be of a species first approved by the Local Planning Authority be planted and properly maintained in a position or positions first approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: The safeguard the character of the area.
