That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of
five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That prior to the commencement of works on the site a full schedule of
those works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local
Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and
appearance of the listed building.
That samples of the materials to be used for the brick plinth of the
conservatory shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning
Authority in writing before any development commences.
