Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of
five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That no works shall take place until a professionally competent
archaeological organisation, as approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority, has been commissioned to carry out a full watching brief during
the course of works affecting the historic fabric. The watching brief
shall be carried out in accordance with a written specification to be
submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior
to works commencing on the site.
Reason: To safeguard the identification and recording of features of
historic and/or archaeological interest associated with the fabric
of the building.
That no works shall take place until a detailed specification of the type,
design and external finish of the window has been submitted to and approved
in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and
appearance of the listed building.
