Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the external door and window frames shall be constructed in wood and painted to match the existing window frames and doors in all respects to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That following the removal of the existing porch the walls of the building shall be made good and finished to match the existing in all respects to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
