That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That prior to the commencement of development the final details of the parapet design and finish shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building.
