Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the cheeks and roofs of the dormer windows shall match those on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That prior to the commencement of development a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of the spiral staircase shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
