That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That a scheme including details of works and measures proposed to control
the emanation of fumes and smell from the premises shall be submitted to
and approved by the Local Planning Authority in writing. The scheme shall
be implemented as approved before the shop premises are first opened to
provide hot and cold food for consumption by the general public.
Reason: To avoid pollution and to protect the amenity of the locality.
That a scheme including details of works and measures proposed to control
the disposal of fats and foul drainage into the available main foul sewer
shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in
writing. The scheme shall be implemented as approved before the shop
premises are first opened to provide hot and cold food for consumption by
the general public.
Reason: In the interests of public health.
That at no time shall the premises be opened for the purposes hereby
permitted between the hours of 11.30 p.m. and 9.00 a.m. on any day.
Reason: To safeguard the privacy and residential amenity of occupiers of
the adjoining properties.
