That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the premises shall be used as an office, solely for the purposes specified in the applicant's letter dated 26 May 1996, by the occupier of The Old Coach House, 14 High Street, Goring on Thames during their occupation of that dwelling as a single dwelling. Upon the premises ceasing to be used in the manner described they shall revert to use as a single residential unit. Reason: Because permission is given in view of the special circumstances and to ensure adequate parking.
