Queensway, the proposed two storey extension would have an overbearing
and overshadowing effect upon those adjoining properties to the
detriment of the amenities enjoyed by their occupants contrary to
Policy H10 of the adopted Didcot Local Plan and policy H12 of the
approved South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the proposal would result in inadequate provision for on site
car parking for a four bedroomed property in accordance with the
Council's standards.
