That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof
shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That except as shown on drawing 9548 P1 Rev D the development shall only be
carried out as part of and in accordance with the proposals permitted
by planning permission reference P94/W0460 and in accordance with the
conditions of that permission.
Reason: To ensure a satisfactory comprehensive development and because
the proposal is part of an approved but unimplemented development.
That the garage doors shall be constructed with vertical dark stained
timber boarding.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the garages and parking spaces shall be provided before first
occupation of house 1 and house 2 and shall thereafter be retained
at all times for car parking.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
That pedestrian access from the car parking spaces and garages to house 2
shall be provided before first occupation of house 2 in accordance with
a scheme submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
