That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Sections 18 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That all buildings to be demolished shall be demolished and all materials therefrom shall be removed from the site within one month of works starting. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Wallingford Conservation Area. That demolition works shall not commence until a contract has been entered into to undertake the redevelopment of the site within three months in accordance with a scheme for which planning permission has been granted. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Wallingford Conservation Area.
