Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
        Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That within one month of the building being demolished the materials from
the demolition shall be removed from the land and the land shall be left
in a tidy and orderly state.
 
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Goring-on-Thames
        Conservation Area.
