Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning

That section of the wall which is yet to be completed shall be constructed
of materials which are of the same colour, type and texture as those
already used in the construction of the wall as built.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
