Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the
particulars of the development contained in the application to seek
permission for the development and the plan numbers 90181/930/030 004,
WD P3C, WD 09A accompanying such application except as modified by
conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Chief
Planning and Development Officer in writing.
Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in
accordance with the application as approved.
That development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date hereof.
Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91(1)(a) of the Town
and Country Planning Act, 1990.
That samples of the exterior materials proposed to be used shall be
submitted to and approved in writing by the Chief Planning and Development
Officer prior to the start of work on the site.
Reason: To ensure the materials are compatible with the surrounding
development.
That the land be landscaped and planted with trees and shrubs in
accordance with a comprehensive planting and landscaping scheme first
approved by the Chief Planning and Development Officer and that trees
and shrubs so planted be properly maintained and that in the event
of any of the trees or shrubs dying or being seriously damaged or
destroyed within a period of five years from the completion of the
development a new tree or shrub or equivalent number of trees or
shrubs as the case may be, be planted and properly maintained in a
position or positions as first approved by the Chief Planning and
Development Officer.
Reason: To enhance the amenities of the area.
That a sample of the block paving to be used in the development shall
be submitted to and approved in writing by the Chief Planning and
Development Officer prior to the start of work on site.
Reason: In the interests of visual amenity.
That no floodlights or other external lighting shall be installed as
part of the development hereby permitted without the prior written
approval of the Chief Planning and Development Officer.
Reason: In the interests of the amenities of the occupiers of nearby
properties.
