Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
 
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
        Act 1990.
That prior to the first use of the bridge hereby permitted, barriers
shall be erected at the western end of the bridge to slow cyclists,
in accordance with a scheme to be submitted to and approved in
writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement
of the development.
 
Reason: In order to safeguard pedestrians.
That other than on the bridge, the surface of the cycleway should be
constructed in yellow blockwork to match the other cycleways on
Ladygrove.  The surface of the cycleway on the bridge shall be
in accordance with details to be agreed in writing with the Local
Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
 
That within 3 months of the commencement of the development, the
cycleway shall be connected at both its western and eastern ends
to the existing cycleway network.
 
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality.
