Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
        Act 1990.
That no demolition shall take place until such time as a contract to build
the flats permitted by the planning permission dated 7 June 1996 issued in
respect of application P96/W0134 has been made.
 
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Wallingford
        Conservation Area.
