That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs
shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That a scheme for the replanting of traditional field hedges along the west
to east field boundaries marked by field shelters A2 and C including the
species, type and spacing shall be submitted to and approved in writing
within three months of the date of this decision. The hedges shall be
planted in the next planting season and thereafter maintained. Any plant
which may die or be seriously damaged within 5 years of the date of the
decision shall be replaced with an equivalent plant type and properly
maintained.
Reason: To help assimilate the development into its surroundings.
That details of the materials and design of the horse jumps shall be
submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior
to their construction.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
That the number of horse jumps on field number 5776 shall not exceed ten.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
There shall be no raising of existing ground levels on the site.
Reason: To prevent the increased risk of flooding due to impedance of flood
flows and reduction of flood storage capacity.
No spoil or materials shall be deposited or stored on that part of the site
lying within the area of land liable to flood as shown on maps held by the
Environment Agency.
