That samples of the materials to be used for the porch roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before works commence. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building. That the conservatory and porch plinths shall be rendered and painted to match the existing building.
