That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the new brickwork to be used in the construction shall be laid with a lime mortar mix and in courses to match the existing. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors, rainwater goods and external vents has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the rooflights shall be of the conservation area type. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the north elevation of the house as extended other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the additional accommodation shall not be occupied until the means of vehicular access between the land and the highway has been altered, formed, laid out, constructed in accordance with the deposited plan, ref. 250.3 Rev.C, and made available for use in all respects to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interest of highway safety and convenience.
