Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the mezzanine floor shall be used by ETA Controls only and upon them vacating the building the floor shall be dismantled and removed unless a fresh application for an alternative occupier shall have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure adequate parking exists on site to serve the user.
