Planning Permission on 9th February 1996
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1988 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) the garage accommodation shall be retained as such and shall not be adapted for living purposes without the prior grant of planning permission by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities. That the extension shall not be occupied until space has been laid out for the parking of two cars in front of the building as shown on drawing no. D.20/01, and such spaces shall thereafter be retained at all times for car parking. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the north elevation of the extension other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
