That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the cheeks of the dormer window hereby permitted shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the main roof of the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the two en-suite shower room windows to be inserted in the eastern elevation of the dormer window hereby permitted shall be first glazed in obscure glass and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the roofspace shall not be occupied until space has been laid out within the site for three cars to be parked and such parking space shall be retained thereafter. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
