That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the bedroom window to be inserted in the south eastern (side) elevation of the dwelling shall be inserted at a minimum cill height of 1.8 metres above finished ground floor level and shall be fixed shut prior to the first occupation of the extension hereby permitted and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the bathroom window to be inserted in the south eastern (side) elevation of the extension hereby permitted shall be obscure glazed and fixed shut prior to the first occupation of the extension and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the south eastern (side) elevation of the dwelling, as extended, other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
