Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That no development shall take place until details of the foundation for the extension hereby approved have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the trees along the boundary and the amenity of the occupants of No. 1 Porthill.
