Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That notwithstanding any details shown on the submitted plan, the access proposed to be formed to the track adjacent the North West boundary of Park Corner Farm House shall not be created and access to the granary shall only be obtained from the main access to the converted barn, in accordance with an alternative scheme to be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority and no other access shall be created from any other part of the site. Reason: That the use of the trackway adjacent to Park Corner Farm House would be unneighbourly and to protect local amenities.
