prior to its first use and shall thereafter be retained as such.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the building shall be used only for the stabling of horses for the
personal enjoyment of the occupiers of Sadgrove Barn and shall not be
used for any commercial purpose whatsoever.
 
Reason: To protect local amenities.
