That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the garage shall not be used as a store/workshop until the parking provision has been constructed, surfaced and laid out, as shown on the drawing accompanying agent's letter dated 6 December 1996; and such parking provision shall be retained thereafter. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities. That the store/workshop shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such and shall not be used for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever. Reason: To protect local amenities.
