reference 233096A all constructed, surfaced and laid out, retained
and maintained to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.

retained and protected during the course of the development and for a
period of five years following the completion of the development. Any

Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning
General Development Order 1977 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that
Order) no additional openings shall be constructed in the north (side) or
west (rear) of the elevation of the extension other than those expressly
authorised by this permission.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
