That having regard to the use of pvc colour-coated profiled metal
cladding for the walls, roof and doors of the building, the proposal
would result in an inappropriate and incongruous form of development
which would detract from the character and amenity of this part of the
Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.  The development would,
therefore, be contrary to the provisions of the Council's adopted
Rural Areas Local Plan, particularly policies G1, G5 and C7, and
approved South Oxfordshire Local Plan (as proposed to be modified),
particularly policies G1, G8 and C2.
