Planning Permission on 3rd December 1996
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the extension hereby permitted shall not be occupied until space has been laid out within the site for three cars to be parked; and such parking spaces shall be retained thereafter. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities. That the high level kitchen windows to be inserted in the north-western (side) elevation of the extension shall be inserted at a minimum cill height of 1.8m above finished ground floor level. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the north western elevation of the extension other than those expressly authorised by this permission.
