Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The windows and doors shall be installed in accordance with the approved specification. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the windows and roofs of the conservatory and sunroom hereby permitted shall be constructed of timber and glass. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That development shall not begin until ventilation details illustrating type, design and external finish have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved ventilation details. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
