Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the premises shall be used only for a Health and Fitness Club
and for no other purpose (including any other purpose in Class D2
of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987,
or in any provision equivalent to that Class in any statutory instrument
revoking and re-enacting that Order).
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
That prior to the first commencement of the use hereby permitted the
parking and turning spaces shown on the deposited drawing 643/2 shall
be constructed, surfaced and laid out and thereafter kept permanently
available for the use by employees and visitors to the site.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle
parking standards and to protect local amenities.
That details of surface water drainage works shall be submitted to and
approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the
development commencing.
Reason: In the interests of public health.
