That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls shall be of the same
colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.

That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the
type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and
rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the
Local Planning Authority.

That, notwithstanding the indications given in the application, the
additional accommodation hereby permitted shall not be occupied until
space has been laid out within the site for 14 cars to be parked and
for vehicles to turn so that they may enter and leave the site in
forward gear; and such parking and turning space shall be retained
thereafter.

standards and to protect local amenities.
