That the development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the description of the development, plans and specifications contained in the application, subject to the amendments referred to above, subject to any conditions imposed on the outline planning permission and subject to the conditions hereby imposed. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality. That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the coachhouse doors for the garage accommodation shall be vertical dark stained timber boarding and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the barge boards shall be of dark stained timber and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the dwellinghouse shall not be occupied until the parking and turning provision has been constructed, surfaced and laid out, as shown on drawing no. 884/02A; and such parking and turning provision shall be retained thereafter. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
