permission, the building shall be removed from the land and the land
shall be left in a tidy and orderly state unless a fresh application
shall have been submited to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In order that the effect of the development upon the amenities of
the neighbouring area can be assessed during this period, and that
any further application can be decided on this assessment.
That prior to the first use of the new double classroom unit, the existing
unit shown to be demolished on drawing No. 92672/910/113 001 shall be
demolished and all the materials therefrom shall be removed from the school
site.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
