Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the garage shall not be occupied until the walls of the northern, eastern and western elevations have been colour washed to match the existing dwellinghouse and thereafter retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the plain tiles to be used for the roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwellinghouse. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
