Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, particularly having regard to its size and proximity to the boundary
with the neighbouring property, Larkside, and the insertion of two windows
in the south eastern (side) elevation, the proposal would give rise to
overlooking and have an oppressive and overbearing effect which would be
detrimental to the privacy and residential amenity of the occupiers of
the adjoining property. The proposal would therefore be contrary to the
provisions of the Council's adopted Rural Areas Local Plan, particularly
policy G5, and approved South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly
policy H12.
