That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the cheeks and roofs of the dormer windows hereby permitted shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the main roof of the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the bathroom dormer window in the northern (rear) elevation of the dwelling shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to first occupation of the loft conversion hereby permitted and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
