Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
        Act 1990.
That the plain clay tiles to be used for the roof shall be of the same
colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the garage building hereby permitted shall not be used until the
horizontal boarding used to clad the walls has been stained black to
match the existing dwelling, and shall thereafter be retained as such.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
