That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of
the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the
type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has
been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the stone, flint and bricks shall be laid with a traditional lime
mortar mix.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That, prior to the commencement of the development, a scheme for
providing an archaeological watching brief during the construction
works, particularly whilst any ground works are being undertaken, shall
be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority,
and such scheme shall make provision for the watching brief to be
carried out by an approved professional archaeological organisation.
The watching brief shall be undertaken strictly in accordance with the
approved scheme.
Reason: To safeguard the recording and inspection of matter of
archaeological importance on the site.
