That the materials to be used for the external walls of the extension shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the walls of the carport shall be stained black or dark brown prior to its first use and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
