Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 3rd September 1996
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That having regard to the size, height and bulk of the proposed building and its siting, in close proximity to surrounding residential properties, particularly Nos. 50 and 52 Park Road the industrial building would result in an intrusive, overbearing and unneighbourly form of development. The development would therefore be contrary to the Council's adopted Rural Areas Local Plan (particularly policies G5 and E2) and approved South Oxfordshire Local Plan (particularly policies G8 and E6).
Appeal
No appeal lodged.
