Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That work shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors, the roof of the conservatory and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the materials to be used for the making good of the roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That samples of the materials used for the parapet wall and the coping of that wall shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any of the work commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
