That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
The samples of the tiles to be used for the roof shall be submitted to
and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any
development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the garage doors shall be constructed with vertical dark stained
timber boarding and shall thereafter be retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the elevations of the garage, hereby approved shall be clad with
dark stained horizontal timber boarding and shall thereafter be
retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the existing hedge marked green on the plan attached hereto shall
be retained and properly maintained at a height of not less than
2 metres in height, and that any plant which may die or be seriously
damaged or destroyed within 3 years shall be replaced and the replacement
shall be thereafter maintained.
Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings.
