Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the walls of the summerhouse shall be constructed with dark oak stained timber boarding. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That samples of the materials to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the building hereby permitted shall be used only for the purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such, and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
